Here's how Joomla works. You download a zip file containing all the files you'll need from the Joomla.org site. Upload those files to your web host, then visit the installer via your Internet browser. You'll have to set up a database on your web host first. You will then go through the installations steps the wizard leads you through.

You then log into the backend administration area to customize the look and features you want. Joomla uses templates. You can purchase or find free Joomla templates all over the web. We have certain vendors we really like because they put extra effort into making their Joomla templates cool, SEO friendly, and solid. We'd love to recommend some template vendors for you.

You'll have to upload your own logo, and many of our clients want advanced customization which we are happy to provide.

Beyond that, Joomla has a lot of modules, components, and plugins that add amazing functionality like shopping carts, community profiles, image galleries, personal messages, etc. And if it's not out there already, we have some great contacts that can program it for us. So the sky is the limit!
