Benefits of Outsourcing

You're looking for some help because you're way behind, clients are breathing down your neck, their holding those last payments until you complete some more of their website, and you just can't seem to juggle it all.

Sound familiar?

Or how about this scenario? You've got the opportunity to close on a huge contract, but you're just not strong in one major area of the project. You can't do it all!

That's why I'm a sub-contractor.

In short, I help web designers get their jobs done. It's work I love to do, and it shows from start to finish.

We can help each other out. You see, I don't want to market to the end user. I prefer talking to people who speak the jargon, love the internet, and know what their looking for. Long ago, I realized that I couldn't do it all, and so I've become a specialist in template coding, site layout and design, and content management systems. Believe me, that's plenty. And you know what? I'm pretty good at it. That's what happens when you're allowed to focus on what you enjoy doing.

When you outsource some of the details, you get:
1. To save time. While you're working on the areas of the project that you're strongest in, I'm finishing up the areas you're not as strong in. You're working faster because you like to do the stuff you're good at. We all do. And we put off the stuff we hate to do, right? Well, why not let ME do it?

2. To look good. As I said before, we can't do it all. There isn't time to become proficient in every area of web design. There are so many facets to this amazing medium. When we try we spread resources too thin and then EVERY area suffers. Why not hone your strengths and make your business flourish because of it. It will be what draws your target market in the long run.

3. To make money. But don't I have to PAY you to do the work? Well yeah! I'll work hard for you, and of course I expect to get paid for my efforts. You do too. Let me ask you this. Do you attract major contracts if you earn a reputation for mediocre work or never meeting a deadline? What about if your workload could INCREASE because you've outsourced some of the work? Doesn't that bring in MORE money? You bet! You'll attract better clients, be able to bid on projects you wouldn't otherwise because you lacked the skills in some area, and you'll be able to take on more projects because you now have the time to get them done!

It makes sense, doesn't it?

Great! I'm ready to get to work for you. Just click on the Contact Me button at the top there, and let me know how I can help. I'll get right back with you, ask a few questions about what you're looking for, and together we'll work up a plan that meets all your needs.

I look forward to building a working relationship with you - whether it's for a one time project or for many.
