I work from home and home school five kids. If you call, my three year old might answer.  I answer my own emails and phone calls. I don't have a staff. I do have associates who share their talents with my clients

Ever hear the expression, if you need something done, give it to a busy woman? That's me. I am not at the mercy of someone else's schedule. I make my own schedule.

You want to go through a help desk and customer service? Call the big guys. You'll get that service with them. You'll also pay for it. These guys have to consult their files before they even know who you are. I work personally with all my clients, asking questions, discovering exactly where they're at and what they're looking for.

I love what I do

I have over 11 years experience. I've been designing web sites since 1996. I have a degree in Management Information Systems. That means I know project management.

I don't NEED to work. I'm a mom first. I have set hours when I work, and I take those seriously. I don't do urgent deadlines unless you're gonna pay really well for it, and then I'll only do them occasionally.

That doesn't mean I will put you off or delay your stuff. I know you want it as quickly as possible. It means I won't put that kind of pressure on my family for any length of time. If you WANT it done quickly, call me. If you NEED it done yesterday, call someone else.

What does that mean for you? Well, I'm not gonna lie to you and tell you I can do something I can't just to get the job. Isn't that refreshing? Since I work consistently and steadily, you know your project is a priority during my work hours.  You know I am not overloading myself so that I drop the ball at the zero hour. You know what to expect going in.

You don't have to deal with a stressed-out, mean designer. And finally you get to gain some perspective on your project. Do you really need to be stressed over it either? (I threw that one in).

I give up front estimates on time and costs to the best of my knowledge of the project.

You will know what this is going to run you and about how long it will take before you agree to anything. That doesn't mean we won't run into problems. It happens from time to time. I will communicate with you if we do and any changes to the original agreement before going ahead with anything.

If a project requires some "fixing" in order for me to accomplish the original specs,  I may have to add time and charges if it's extensive. I will ask before proceeding. I'm not here to take advantage of anyone. I want to give you quality work without sacrificing my family.

I'm a Christian. No, a real one. I believe in servant leadership. I know it's not very PC to put my "religious" affiliation on my business site, but I think it represents some real benefits for my clients.

I don't expect my clients to be Christians, and I'm not even going to mention it again as we work together. I'm not pushy. I don't have to be right, and yet, I make no apologies for my faith.

You will get fair treatment (you know, the Golden Rule stuff). You will be treated with respect. I build my business on a foundation of integrity. My reputation is more valuable to me than how much money I can gouge out of you.  You don't get scammed. That's a good thing.

You may be thinking, "Yeah, I've been scammed by Christians before". I'm really sorry if that's true. I can't speak for anyone else. My faith guides my principles and those pretty much are love God and love people. No, I'm not gonna go all mushy on you, but I'm planning on serving you. Period.

I focus on Joomla and the technical stuff. I consider myself sort of a creative geek, not an artist. My favorite thing to do is make YOUR visual concept work. It's faster and it's YOU.

What that means for you is that I'm not gonna spend all my time trying to give you an avante garde web site that's all style and no substance. Some people want that. Cool. I'm not your designer.

I work primarily with people on a tight budget who need a lot of bang for their buck. I build web sites that work. If you want to tick your customers off, make them go to a site that is broken or useless. It doesn't matter how unique it is.

Since I'm specialized, I'm not scattered in all different directions. If you want a flash person - it's not me. If you want solid design, streamlined code that loads fast, simple navigation that appeals to your target market, search engine optimized layout and code with a backend administration area that you can easily use - I'm your "guy".
